Welcome back to another episode of "Five Minutes with Fletch"! In this latest episode, I sit down with downtown Mike Brown whilst he was over to compete for Team USA at VMXdN Foxhill.

I ask that burning question everyone wanted to know after his defeat in the over-40 class at Loretta Lynns. He opens up about his plans for returning to the National circuit in 2025 and reveals why he values winning an MXGP just as much as clinching a National Title.

We reminisce about the intense battles with fellow legends Langston and Carmichael, whether they are friends now, and hear Brownies’s perspective on why he prefers riding two-strokes over four-strokes.
